Applying the Dronesuit

Due to the fairly consistent nature of acquiring drone candidates, the the first phases of initiating a drone involve applying the drone suit, as compared to dressing them. This ensures there is no point where the target has the option of using the electronic devices or natural strengths the encasing binding restricts.

Using a rubber based smart-film, drones can be fed through either end of the rising or lowering ring of film, where it intelligently re-forms and 'upgrades' the binding coating into the base of the drone suit.
